Founded by Amit and Ruchi Patni, RAAY Foundation is driven by a mission to restore dignity and opportunity to those who need it most. Through strategic collaborations with grassroots NGOs and experts, the Foundation designs and implements programs that create lasting impact.

Education: Empowering the Next Generation

  • Scholarships for Higher Education: RAAY Foundation supported 25 young women in pursuing college and vocational education by covering tuition fees, supplies, and offering mentorship. These scholarships not only enabled academic success but also built confidence and career readiness.

  • Mentoring Program for Children (Ages 6–14): In partnership with CSRD Institute, RAAY Foundation mentored 160 children through online and offline sessions focused on academic support, emotional well-being, and personal growth. The program fostered creativity, communication, and resilience.

  • Libraries in 55 PCMC Schools: Collaborating with PRATHAM Books, RAAY Foundation established libraries in 55 Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation schools, giving thousands of children access to culturally relevant, multilingual literature and nurturing a love for reading.

  • Free Tuition Classes in Slum Communities: To bridge learning gaps in core subjects like Math, Science, and English, RAAY Foundation launched free tuition classes for children in slum areas. These sessions have significantly improved academic performance and boosted self-esteem.

  • Life Skills Training for Students: Recognizing the importance of holistic development, RAAY Foundation introduced life skills programs covering communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and stress management, preparing students for real-world challenges.

Health: Promoting Wellness and Dignity

  • Health & Wellness Camps: RAAY Foundation organized a health camp benefiting over 300 individuals, offering free check-ups, consultations, and health kits. Special attention was given to women and the elderly, promoting preventive care and awareness.

  • Medical Aid at LTMGH, Sion: In collaboration with Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, RAAY Foundation provided financial assistance for medical tests, surgeries, and post-treatment care for underprivileged patients, ensuring access to life-saving healthcare.

  • Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Workshops: RAAY Foundation conducted workshops for adolescent girls, educating them on menstrual health and hygiene. Free sanitary products and educational materials were distributed, breaking taboos and empowering young women with knowledge and confidence.

Women Empowerment & Livelihood: Building Economic Independence

  • Tailoring Training for 70 Women RAAY Foundation trained 70 women in tailoring and entrepreneurship. Each graduate received a sewing machine, enabling them to start home-based businesses. Many have already begun earning steady incomes and supporting their families.

  • Chemical Product Making for 50 Women A batch of 50 women was trained in making soaps, candles, and cleaning products. Many have launched micro-enterprises, supplied local markets and earning sustainable incomes.

  • Livestock Support for Rural Women To promote rural livelihoods, 15 single and widowed women received two goats each, along with training and veterinary support. This initiative has provided a reliable source of income and fostered self-reliance.
